Los Angeles Harbor, San Pedro, CAAs seen in The Usual Suspects.
This is looking west towards Pedro, from Terminal Island. I'm not sure where this is, either, and those cranes won't help because they're probably not there anymore.

looks to me like it might be The Todd Ship yard Cranes they are indeed gone completely as is Todd ship yard. so much for industrial history
