To Live And Die In L.A. part 1

This sequence from To Live And Die In L.A. shows CSI's William Petersen jumping off the Vincent Thomas Bridge in San Pedro, nicely paralleling the last entry. This is from pretty early in the movie, and establishes Petersen's character Richard Chance as a "risk-taker". Chance, get it? Ha ha.

Head

The opening sequence of the Monkees' movie, Head. It depicts the ribbon cutting ceremony of the Gerald Desmond bridge in Long Beach. (Hey, it's near Pedro, whadaya want?) Note the direction of the traffic... Must be English...
Anyway, Micky (Dolenz) runs through the ceremony (and the ribbon) and jumps off the bridge. Mike, Peter, and Davy try to stop him, but to no avail. This serves as a transition to the rest of the flick.
